It’s the week of Thanksgiving, and we are thankful for the opportunity to share more about what we know regarding the industry and how it affects you and us each week. We are grateful for Highland Title, its team members, its partners, and you. The previous years were about change and adaptability, but each event has brought us to where we are now.
So today, we are sharing thoughts from some of our team members regarding what they are most thankful for when thinking back over the past three years…reflections regarding the industry and personal reflections, as well. With 2023 just around the corner, this list may inspire you to a second wind and fill you with thoughts and energy to send out 2022 with a bang.
“2022 showed us if there’s a will, there’s a way. This year brought closings, creative financing, tight closing timelines and thinking outside of the box. Long hours turned into happy closings and first-time homeownership. Our team had the knowledge and experience to get deals to the finish line.” Brianne Paugh, Esq., Branch Manager + Attorney
“The past few years have certainly brought challenges, but I’m very proud of how the Highland Title staff has adapted to and overcome those challenges. We have learned how to handle electronic signings, remote closings and closings in parking lots. Through it all, we have kept the client at the center of the transaction and remembered why we do this – to help buyers begin a new life in their new home and help sellers transition smoothly to their next adventure.” Scott A. Mozingo, Esq., Branch Manager
So as you spend time reflecting on all the things you are grateful for, we’re wishing you the happiest Thanksgiving, full of health, wealth and happiness.
